The Tbilisi Central Market shopping mall launched operation on October 1.
The shopping mall is located on Ninoshvili Street on 2.5 hectares and gives a room to 1500 counters. The shopping mall will employ 3 thousand persons.
At this stage, spaces being leased at the shopping mall. A daily fee per counter makes up 5 GEL.
Tika Rukhadze, head of the Dexus PR Office, told GBC the shopping mall includes laboratories and the infrastructure for perishable goods.
Tbilisi Central Market has been constructed by Center-Point Group. The company handed over the management to Dexus a month ago.
Center-Point group has invested 5 to 6 million GEL in the market construction.
