In September 2010 Batumi oil terminal handled 294 662 tons of oil products, down 218 892 tons compared to August 2010.
In the reporting period Batumi Oil Terminal transported 200 399 tons of crude oil, 31 690 tons of petrol, 10 789 tons of diesel, 448 tons of aviation fuel, 38 096 tons of naphtha and 13 239 tons of other fuel. In the reporting period the terminal has not handled mazut.
Batumi Oil Terminal handled 4.7 million tons of oil products in January-September 2010.
Azerbaijani and Kazakh oil is transported through the Batumi Oil terminal by ExxonMobil American company. The company transports 10 million tons of oil by railway a year on average.
The Batumi Seaport and the Batumi Oil Terminal are owned by KazMunaiGaz Kazakh company.
