Georgian Government and ExIm Bank to Conclude Memorandum

The Georgian government and ExIm Bank are expected to conclude a memorandum, Georgian Prime Minister Nikoloz Gilauri noted at his meeting with the bank representatives in Washington on October 6.

The Georgian Prime Minister’s office told GBC the parties will agree the memorandum details later.

“The memorandum will promote American businessmen to launch business activities in Georgia”, the office says.

On October 7 Gilauri is expected to meet with the World Bank vice President, representatives of the Atlantic Board, Standard&Poor’s rating agency and the Washington Post, the office said.

Nikoloz Gilauri left for the USA on October 5 to attend the second final session as part of the Georgia-USA strategic partnership charter.

ExIm Bank is an official agency for crediting the US exports.
